濟(jì)南工作服在制作過(guò)程中，采用員工自檢、下道工序復(fù)檢、專門(mén)人員進(jìn)行中檢，再由專門(mén)終檢人員終檢的四道檢驗(yàn)工藝，對(duì)每一塊衣片、每一處縫合處的尺寸、縫合牢度及縫合美觀程度進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格檢查，發(fā)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題將由吊掛線送回到原工位返工。成衣完成后，還將對(duì)成衣尺寸做終核對(duì)方可入庫(kù)，保證工作服一次合格率97%以上。下面將這些檢驗(yàn)內(nèi)容列舉一下：
